BG4538 Lid thermoforming machine configuration

一、工艺流程

I. Process flow

放卷→进片送片→加热软化塑片→成型后冲剪→输送,堆叠制品→废边收卷

Unwinding → feeding and feeding heating and softening the plastic pieces punching and shearing after forming conveying; stacking products waste side winding


二、设备参数

2、处理物料:PP、PS、PET、PVC等热塑性材料

1.      送片机

1.  Feeder machine:

①  .送片形式:汽缸下拉式送片

①. Feed form: cylinder pull - down feed

②  .采用汽缸:亚德客汽缸SU50*250

②. Cylinder: Adecker cylinder SU50*250

③  .配置手动阀

2.      输送进片:

2.Feed sheet

①  、采用高品质碳素钢链轨,链轨闭合时送片。

①. Adopt high-quality carbon steel chain rail, and send pieces when the chain rail is closed.

②  、输送动力采用日本松下2.0伺服电机驱动行星减速机驱动链轨输送。送片精度高。

②. The transmission power adopts Panasonic 2.0 servo motor to drive the planetary reducer to drive the chain rail for transmission. High feeding accuracy.


3.      加热:

3.Heater

①  、采用上下炉加热结构:上炉采用纵向10片横向6片共60片国产红外加热器加热,

  下炉采用纵向3片横向20片共60片国产红外加热区加热。温控模块控制加热器

  PID调节加热。

①. Upper and lower furnace heating structure: the upper furnace is heated by 60 domestic infrared heaters with 10 pieces in longitudinal direction and 6 pieces in transverse direction,

The lower furnace is heated by 3 longitudinal and 20 transverse heating zones, 60 domestic infrared heating zones in total. Temperature control module controls heater

PID regulates heating.

②  、横向退炉采用亚德客汽缸SU63*750

②. The horizontal furnace withdrawal adopts the Yadeke cylinder SU63 * 750

③  、电炉采用不锈框架结构

The electric furnace adopts stainless frame structure


4.      成型:

4.Molding

①  .最大成型面积:400*380mm

①. Maximum molding area: 400 * 380mm

②  .下合模采用汽缸推动齿轮齿条拉动连杆机构。汽缸采用广东方大增压缸:SD125B250

10A-5,采用气压1Mpa。

②. The lower closing die uses the cylinder to push the gear rack to pull the connecting rod mechanism. Guangdong Fangda booster cylinder: SD125b250

10A-5, air pressure 1MPa.

③  .上合模具采用150*100油缸,液压系统采用2.2Kw油泵。

The upper closing die adopts 150 * 100 oil cylinder, and the hydraulic system adopts 2.2kW oil pump.

④  .制品冷却采用强风制冷DF5型离心式式风机,流量850立方/h,汽缸阀闭合冷却。

④. Products are cooled by DF5 centrifugal fan with strong wind, flow rate of 850m3 / h, and cylinder valve is closed for cooling.

⑤  .模台采用结构钢,四导柱定位结构。

⑤. The die table is made of structural steel, with four guide pillars positioning structure.

⑥  .导柱润滑采用自动润滑泵润滑

⑥. The guide post is lubricated by the automatic lubrication pump

⑦  .负压成型采用国产2BV-5110水循环真空泵,真空泵功率4KW,抽速2.75立方米/小时。

⑦. Domestic 2BV-5110 water circulation vacuum pump is used for negative pressure forming, with the power of 4kw and pumping speed of 2.75m3/h.

    

5.      堆叠:

①  .堆叠方式,汽缸下堆叠

①. Stacking mode, stacking under the cylinder

②  采用汽缸:亚德客SU50*25 ,SU50*300 ,SU50*100

Cylinder: Yadeke SU50 * 25, SU50 * 300, SU50 * 100

③  堆叠工位调整:手轮丝杆调节进退

Stacking station adjustment: hand wheel screw rod adjustment forward and backward


④  推出制品方式:汽缸,采用无杆汽缸32*750

④ Way of product launching: cylinder, rod less cylinder 32 * 750


6.      废边收卷:

6. Waste edge winding:

①  采用力矩电机5NM*2台控制废边收卷

Adopt torque motor 5nm * 2 sets to control waste edge winding

②  双轴废边收卷更易操作

It is easier to operate the double axis waste edge winding


7.      电气控制:

7. Electrical control:

①  触摸屏,采用维纶10寸触摸屏

Touch screen, with vinylon 10 Inch Touch Screen

②  PLC,采用日本松下微型控制器

③  低压电气:法国施耐德
