制杯操作工及辅助工日常行为规范


1:上班交接时,必须向前一班操作工了解机运作情况,对机台的卫生及剩余片材进行检查,验收,确定片材数量,并在《制杯生产记录》上签字,接班。

2:领用片材时必须先找统计员,特别是片材供不上时领用其它型号规格相同的片材必须事先告知统计员,听从统计员或班长的合理调度;领用片材后必须在《片材领用登记表》上签字。

4:领用片材时推倒在地上的片材,必须重新放回片材架上。

5:片材领用后,必须放在制杯机旁架子上,禁止放与地面,使用前必须用布把片材表面的灰尘擦试干净后才上片,同时

把标识卡保存好。

6: 要注意观察机台,检查生产出来的杯子是否符合质量要求(包括成型、卫生、重量等),并及时对机台进行调整或清理。                 

7: 在机台卫生运作正常情况下,必须清理机台及其周围卫生,并做好机器保养工作,禁止趴在包装桌上休息或到处窜岗、 闲聊。

8: 机台在正常情况下不允许随便调机,未经允许,不可随便停机,有问题及时上报。

9: 生产完毕,要及时协助机修更换模具;生产过程中机器有故障时要积极配合机修修理,自己能够排除的小故障必须自己动手解决。

10:中途吃饭要相互协调轮换,交代清楚,决不允许停机上去吃饭。

11:禁止边角料直接放于地上,禁止脚踏垫板。

12:带孔的筐子只可用于装杯、倒杯,不可直接放于地面,禁止用于装废杯和次品杯。

13:倒杯时要小心、轻倒,禁止将杯子倒于地上。

14: 倒杯筐子用后及时收回并叠放整齐。

15: 机台周围的掉杯要及时清理,油污杯要放于垃圾袋,未被污染的杯子或能够擦干净的杯子必须擦干净后放于成品筐待包装。

16: 生产出来的杯子好杯占80%以上的,不允许粉碎。

17: 禁止因人为因素而造成电炉着火。

18: 交接班时不经允许严禁停机。

19: 生产过程中遇到片材质量问题时,将不合格片材及表识卡退回统计员处,由统计员做好登记和处理,所退回片材的重量在《制杯生产记录》报表。

20: 生产中途机器停止不开时,必须交《制杯生产记录》报表。

21: 一种产品生产完后或一种产品暂停生产时,剩余片材必须退回

22: 下班前做好卫生清洁工作, 废料经统计员登记后拉走,并填写《制杯生产记录》,待统计员及接班人员验收,签字后方能离开。

23:《制杯生产记录》填写时要求数量准确,内容详实,若有数据不准月累积三次以上记申诫一次。

2. When receiving sheet material, the statistician must be contacted first, especially when the sheet material cannot be supplied, the statistician must be informed in advance and follow the reasonable dispatch of the statistician or the monitor.After receiving the sheet material, you must sign on the sheet material receiving registration form.

3. When receiving the sheet material, the sheet material pushed to the ground must be put back to the sheet frame.

4. After the sheet is used, it must be put on the shelf next to the cup making machine. It is forbidden to put it on the ground. Before use, it must wipe the dust on the sheet surface with a cloth and try to clean it.And save you tab card.

5. Pay attention to observe the machine, check whether the produced cup meets the quality requirements (including molding, sanitation, weight, etc.), and timely adjust or clean up the machine.

6. Under normal operation of the machine, the machine and its surroundings must be cleaned up, and the machine maintenance work must be done well. It is forbidden to rest on the packaging table or go around chatting.

The machine is not allowed to be adjusted casually under normal circumstances.

10. It is forbidden to put the leftover material on the ground directly.

11. The basket with holes can only be used for filling and pouring cups. It cannot be put on the ground directly. It is forbidden to use for filling waste cups and defective cups.

12. Pour the cup carefully and gently. Do not pour the cup on the ground.

13. Take back the empty  basket and stack it neatly after use.

14. The drop cup around the machine should be cleaned up in time, and the greasy cup should be put in the garbage bag. The unpolluted cup or the clean cup must be cleaned and put in the finished product basket to be packaged.

15. The production of good cups account for more than 80%, not allowed to smash.16. It is forbidden to cause the electric furnace to catch fire because of human factors.

17. No stopping machine without permission during shift.

18. When the sheet quality problem is encountered in the production process, the unqualified sheet and sheet identification card will be returned to the statistician, who will make registration and processing, and the returned sheet weight will be recorded in the production record of cup making.
