三.片材生产工艺:
→原料预处理
→用挤出机将颗粒状物料加热、输送、压缩;
→物料通过分散混合、熔体均化,再以压力输入过滤器和平挤模头;
→熔体在模头内均匀定量稳压挤出;
→膜片成型;
→三辊压片、冷却、定型;
→切废边至要求幅宽尺寸;
→自然冷却输送片材;
→收卷废边;
→牵引片材;
→恒张力收卷成型。

二.Unit features:
1. Adopt the vertical three-roll screw elevator press form, and the rise and fall can be adjusted, easy to observe, easy to operate.

三. Sheet production process:
→ raw material pretreatment
