二.机组特点:

u 采用立式三辊丝杆升降机压合形式,且升降可调,易观察、易操作。

三.片材生产工艺:

原料预处理

用挤出机将颗粒状物料加热、输送、压缩;

物料通过分散混合、熔体均化,再以压力输入过滤器和平挤模头;

  熔体在模头内均匀定量稳压挤出;

  膜片成型;

三辊压片、冷却、定型;

切废边至要求幅宽尺寸;

自然冷却输送片材;

收卷废边;

牵引片材;

恒张力收卷成型。

五、 单机组成:

● 减速机:国茂ZLYJ375-10-V橡塑专用挤出机

● 驱动马达:江门江晟165Kw-6P交流电机

二.Unit features:

1. Adopt the vertical three-roll screw elevator press form, and the rise and fall can be adjusted, easy to observe, easy to operate.
