一、工艺流程

挤出→换网

共挤分配器→成型挤出→两辊压片→冷却切边→牵引→卷取

挤出→换网

 

二、制品参数

1、制品形式:三层片材

2、适应原料:PP、HIPS、KPS

3、制品规格:宽度≤760mm、厚度0.18-2mm

4、制品厚度误差: ±0.01mm

5、分层形式:  AB、ABA

6、分层比例:A层25% 、B层75%

7、生产能力:≤220Kg/H

8、整机功率:约200kw

四、机组配置

 

1、挤出主机B

(1)螺杆直径φ100,长径比33:1

(2)机筒螺杆材料38CrMOALA,氮化处理,氮化层厚度0.4-0.6mm表面硬度HV865-920

(3)螺杆最高转速:98r/min

(4)电机功率:型号280M-55kw-6

(5)电机调速形式:55kw变频调速(欧瑞)

(6)减速箱:立式高强度硬齿面减速箱带油冷却器ZLYJ-280-10-V(国茂)

(7)电机传动形式:电机通过联轴器同减速机联轴传动

(8)加热器:挤出机筒采用五区陶瓷加热器,不锈风机外罩,五组冷却风机

(9)加热功率:5×7.2kw=36kw(三相星型接法)

冷却风机:5×0.3kw=1.25kw(三相380V)

 

2、挤出辅机A

(1)螺杆直径φ65,长径比 33:1

(2)机筒螺杆材料:38CrMOALA,氮化处理,氮化层厚度0.4-0.6mm,表面硬度HV865-920

(3)螺杆最高转速:98r/min

(4)电机功率:200L-22kw-6

(5)电机调速形式:22kw变频调速(欧瑞)

(6)减速箱:立式高强度硬齿面减速箱ZLYJ-200-10-V (国茂)

(7)电机传动形式:联轴器直连

(8)加热器:挤出机筒采用四区陶瓷加热器,不锈风机外罩、四组冷却风机

(9)加热功率:4×4kw=16kw(三相星型接法)

冷却风机:4×0.25kw=1kw(三相380V)

 

3、板式双工位液压快速换网器

(1)带储能罐液压站,油泵电机功率2.2kw

(2)液压系统元件采用台湾品牌

(3)换网器采用柔性膨胀环密封,可靠不漏料,配压力传感器及压力显示

(4)换网器采用不锈加热棒加热,A换网加热功率3.6kw,B换网加热功率6kw

 

4、两挤出三层分配器

(1)两挤出三层共挤分配器,带AB、ABA芯棒各一条

(2)独立温控区,加热功率4Kw

 

5、推拉式共挤模头

(1)模头形式:推拉式两片可调精密模头,有效宽度800,内置加热器,带可调挡料板

(2)模头材料采用优质合金钢材,经调质定型,表面氮化,镀硬铬抛光等精工制作,具有流道光滑,模唇开合均匀,分流调节平滑,能耗低

(3)模头加热功率:12kw

 

6、风刀

(1)铝合金材质,两片式结构,风口有效宽度850mm,可手动微调

(2)风刀高度及角度可调

(3) 配置5.5Kw高压气泵及管道

 

7、卧式两辊压片机

(1)压光机形式:辊筒涡轮蜗杆压合,开启;摆动辊为手轮调节摆动角度

(2)辊筒规格:Φ400×850镜面辊2条,Φ250×900摆动辊1条

(3)辊筒结构:三层结构,冷却流道为交叉对流形式,单头进出水,外辊经调质中频处理,辊面硬度HRC52~56

(4)辊筒表面:镀硬铬,压光后镀层厚度,0.08~0.10mm,镜面粗糙度,Ra≤0.01μm

(5)辊筒精度:径向跳动≤0.005,圆柱度≤0.005

(6)三辊轴承,日本NSK品牌

(7)电机功率: 2.2kw×2=4.4 kw

(8)调速形式:变频调速控制(欧瑞)

(9)传动形式:GKAF斜齿轮-弧齿锥齿减速机(国茂)与辊筒直联,可单独调速或联动

减速机型号:GFA77 –Y2.2-4P-58.32,2台;摆动辊为无动力辊,用于调整膜片平整度

(10)辊筒调距:丝杆斜块微调结构

(11)纵向行走:电动行走定位装置,配减速器带电机,0.37 kw

减速机型号:RVE040/075-300-0.37

(12)压光机垂直升降装置:配JX-5T -1/30升降机4台,配RV50-7.5-0.75减速电机 1台

 

8、恒温机

(1)恒温形式,加热器,冷却器串联式封闭系统,加热/冷却介质:水

(2)配高效特种泵,功率1.1kw×2=2.2kw,流量6m3/h台,扬程27M,公称直径DN40

(3)加热器功率:12kw×2=24kw

(4)独立温度控制柜

 

9、冷却带切边装置

(1)冷却部分由Φ200×900助冷辊及Φ80×900铝合金导辊组成

(2)手调切边装置一套,配置3把切刀

 

8、牵引机带卷边装置

(1)牵引装置动力:减速机GR67-Y2.2KW-4P-17.95,可与三辊统一联控

(2)牵引钢辊Φ200×900一根,硅胶辊Φ200×900一根

 

10、三工位中心翻转收卷机

(1)采用斜齿轮-伞齿轮(SK67-22.77-Y100M4)与力矩电机直接传动

(2)配Φ74×900mm气涨轴3根

(3)卷取的最大直径≤600mm

 

11、电气控制系统

(1)挤出机、压光三辊及牵引由欧瑞变频器控制

(2)加热温控区设置:B挤出机设置5区,A挤出机设置4区,换网器设置2区,过度弯头设置2区,分配器1区,模头设置5区,总共19温控区

(3)日本三菱PLC,10寸威伦触摸屏

(4)温控仪采用富士温控表带PID调节,有自定记忆抗干扰功能,控温精度±1O C

(5)中间继电器采、接触器、按钮开关、行程开关采用国产名牌

(6)空气开关、电流表、电压表、K型热电偶、互感器、接换开关等采用国产名牌

I. technological process

Extrusion → net change

(6) reducer: vertical high-strength hard-toothed reducer with oil cooler zlyj-280-10-v (guo mo)

3. Plate type double station hydraulic quick net changer

(1) hydraulic station with energy storage tank, the power of oil pump motor is 2.2kw

(2) hydraulic system components adopt Taiwan brand

(3) the net changer adopts flexible expansion ring seal, reliable and no leakage, equipped with pressure sensor and pressure display

(4) the screen changer is heated with an stainless heating rod. The heating power of A screen changer is 3.6kw, and that of B screen changer is 6kw

4. Two extrusion three layer distributor

(1) two extrusion three-layer co-extrusion distributor with one AB and one ABA mandrel

(2) independent temperature control zone, heating power is 4Kw

 

5. Push-pull co-extrusion die head

(1) form of die head: push-pull two adjustable precision die head, effective width of 800, built-in heater, with adjustable baffle plate

(2) the material of die head is made of high-quality alloy steel, which is made by finalizing and tempering, nitriding on the surface, polishing with hard chromium plating, etc. It has smooth flow passage, even opening and closing of die lip, smooth flow regulation and low energy consumption

(3) heating power of die head: 12kw

6. Wind knife

(1) aluminum alloy, two-piece structure, tuyere effective width of 850mm, can be manually adjusted

(2) adjustable air knife height and Angle

(3) 5.5kw high-pressure air pump and pipeline are configured
