QSF7842 V 全伺服正压成型机

 

A、整机主要技术参数

A.1、最大成型面积:720×420mm

A.2、最大冲剪面积:720×360mm

B、放片机

B.1、送片减速机带电机:“速博雷尔”涡轮减速机;

2、成型机

C.1、标准100×100方管机架,铸钢模台,固定上模板,上模台手动调模机构。

C.2、模台开合采用偏心轮驱动连杆开合模具.驱动动力采用日本安川伺服14.5KW马达驱动(德国)SEW减速机14.5KW(带刹车伺服电机)驱动,效率更高,功耗更省,机器更洁净。偏心轮轴承采用NA4840滚子轴承,主轴轴承采用HRB轴承.

C.3、主要气动元件采用日本SMC电磁阀;

C.4、送片装置采用行星齿轮减速电机,日本安川伺服4.4KW伺服控制器控制。

C.5、拉伸装置采用日本安川伺服5KW与(德国)SEW减速机驱动齿轮拉伸。

C.6、润滑系统采用全自动润滑装置;

C.7、链轨采用全封闭结构,带冷却装置,手动调整片材宽幅;

C.8、加热系统采用240×85、0.65KW 中国节能陶瓷远红外线加热器,不锈钢上下加热炉,纵向上下对称10区,横向电炉4共,共14区温控。电炉退炉采用0.55KW涡轮减速机与滚珠丝杆进退,使电炉进退更稳定,能更好的保护加热瓦片。

C.9、气源过滤采用三联体,模台吹杯处气流大小可调;

C.10、合模机构由上固定模板、活动中板及4根导柱组成,导柱采用45#表面镀硬铬

C.11、偏心轮连杆合模机构,合模行程≤250mm         

C.12、电炉可以横向、纵向自由进退全部采用台湾上银导轨

C.  Machine frame
